Some of the Duties, Responsibilities and Characteristics:

• Book, plan, coordinate and schedule various event packages
• Answer questions over the phone and respond to social media in a timely manner
• Ensure that all necessary personnel are provided accurate event information in a timely manner
• Must be well spoken, work well with others and write in a professional manner
• Must have computer and social media proficiency
• Must maintain spreadsheets, calendars, etc to schedule and book events, personnel and organize the timing of event components
• Must be organized, detail oriented and responsible
